Once your Salesforce Admin has provisioned more Cloudfind users, you can go ahead and register with Cloudfind.
Note: If you can't see the Cloudfind tab this means you don't have the Salesforce permissions set required to access it. Please contact your Salesforce Administrator and request access to Cloudfind.
1. Click on the plus sign in the top menu bar for Salesforce, and then click on Cloudfind
Note: Make sure you are logged into the correct Google Drive/Dropbox/Box for your business, and not your personal one.
2. Click on Register
3. You'll be prompted to connect with your cloud storage account (Box, Dropbox, Google Drive - this will have been the default cloud storage provider that your Salesforce Admin selected for Cloudfind).
4. You'll be prompted to allow the Cloudfind app to access your files:
After this step, you can start using Cloudfind by going to an Account, Opportunity or any other Salesforce object that their Salesforce Admin has configured to work with Cloudfind.
For example, the screenshot below illustrates how Cloudfind shows files related to an Account called WalMart:
