At Cloudfind we have been focused on solving the age old problem, finding information quickly in the modern digital workplace.
Today this problem is exacerbated as information is spread across many apps, often forcing us to use our email as a filing system.
Simplifying workflow is where Cloudfind comes in, with our automated tagging, powerful filters and effective manual classification capabilities.
Out of the box, you can find files by leveraging the Suggested Tags. For example, you know you are looking for a financial presentation and it was related to European equities. You can simply filter by the document type and then start typing “European “. In the example below I have filtered by 'Slides', and searched for 'European'.
In Cloudfind: Click on the Type Filter(s) to show files with that document type(s)
In Cloudfind: As the use types, the search bar provides available options
Then Selecting the “European Equities Fund” Tag takes you to the required file in a couple of clicks! You will find it regardless of whether it was stored in Google Drive or if you received it as an attachment on Gmail.
In Cloudfind: Selecting a Suggested Tag and a Type Filter accurately returns results
But what if you were looking for information on a project, and were not sure if the photo you were looking for was in your Google Drive, Gmail or Dropbox? You can organize Tags into logical groupings with Tag Groups. Searches can also be enhanced and more focused using File Type or Time Filters. This lets you locate the photo you need and get that project brief done faster.
Oh, and by the way, we capture those really useful Gmail labels and add them as Tags in Cloudfind, allowing you to find that important Photo even if it is stored in your Gmail!
